Product Development Executive

• Research & Development: Formulation of new pesticides; Test of quality and functions of pesticides.

• Field Trial: Demonstration of pesticides in crop field level.

• Regulatory Affairs: Submitting necessary documents and scientific information at relevant office (i,e. DAE) to get registration and license of the products.

• Market Analysis: Information regarding new pesticides necessary for the market.

• Technological support: Building awareness regarding pesticides to the Sales staffs, farmers, dealers etc.

• Team Development:

• Stakeholder Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials especially with PPW, DAE personnel.

• Reporting:

• Prepare and submit regular information to the concerned personnel of the company.

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture

• Bachelor degree in Agriculture (Priority), Chemistry, Biology.

• Master degree in Agriculture (Priority), Chemistry, Biology.

• Age At least 26 years
• Only Male
