Executive / Sr Executive - Sales & marketing

bddl Developments Ltd., is one of the prominent real estate and property development company in Bangladesh, is looking for skilled, motivated, and responsible professionals to join our team. We invite applications for the following positions: Executive/ Sr Executive - Sales & marketing

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell apartments, commercial spaces, plots, and investment products.

• Generate leads through direct marketing, referrals, digital platforms, and networking.

• Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Prepare sales reports and update CRM/database regularly.

• Participate in property fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.

• Support marketing campaigns and brand development activities.

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline.

• Age At least 25 years

• 2-5 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing.

• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may apply for Executive positions.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Office and social media marketing.

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

Additional Preference

• Experience in apartment, plot, commercial space, or investment sales.

• Strong client network and lead generation capability.

• Own motorcycle and driving license will be an advantage.
