Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, operation, and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and utility systems

• Ensure smooth functioning of lifts, generators, pumps, HVAC, and related services

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams for maintenance works

• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely solutions

• Maintain service logs, reports, and compliance records

• 7 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer

• Diploma in Civil
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• Diploma / BSc in Civil Engineering

• Age At least 28 years

• 7- 08 years of relevant experience (real estate or high-rise building preferred)

• Practical knowledge of building services and safety standards

• Good communication and reporting skills
