Job Description:*

Talent IT Center is looking for a skilled and motivated Facebook Ads Specialist / Client Relationship Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience managing Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns and maintaining professional communication with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
• Generate leads, sales, and customer engagement
• Analyze campaign performance and improve ROI
• Manage audience targeting and advertising budgets
• Communicate professionally with clients and maintain strong relationships
• Provide campaign performance reports and updates

• At most 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup

• Age At least 22 years

• Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months of experience with Meta Platforms Ads Manager
• Strong knowledge of Meta Pixel and audience targeting
• Must know English and be able to communicate fluently
• Good communication and marketing skills
• Ability to scale successful ad campaigns
• Professional, responsible, and goal-oriented mindset

Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience and skills)
