Job Description:

• Talent IT Center is hiring an experienced and professional Manager for our Property Preservation and Maintenance department.
• We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills who can manage daily operations, supervise teams, communicate with clients, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup

• Age 30 to 39 years
• Only Male

*Requirements:*

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Manager in the Property Preservation and Maintenance industry
• Fluent in American English (Speaking and Communication Required)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage field operations and office workflow efficiently
• Professional, responsible, and goal-oriented mindset

*Salary:* ৳40,000 - ৳90,000 (Based on experience and skills)
