Job Description
Achieve sales targets within assigned territory.
Manage and develop distributor, sub-dealer, and retailer network.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising in market.
Lead, monitor, and coach sales team (SO/Field Force) for performance.
Execute trade promotions and monitor competitor activities for market growth.
Experience
- 4 to 6 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Healthcare/Lifestyle product
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Additional Requirements
- Age 28 to 35 years
Territory sales planning & execution capability.
Strong distributor and retailer management skills.
Effective team leadership and field force supervision.
Market analysis and competitor insight ability.
Result driven mindset with strong target achievement focus.
