Job Description

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and responsible Admin & Sales Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling daily administrative activities, supporting office operations, communicating with clients, and contributing to sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily office records, files, documents, and reports.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, client queries, and official communication.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, suppliers, and management.
  • Manage office attendance, schedules, meetings, and basic office operations.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, challans, purchase records, and other necessary documents.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment.

Experience

  • 1 to 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes, Event Management, Software Company, Freight forwarding, Financial Consultants
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Education

    • Bachelor/Honors
    • Masters
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or any relevant discipline.

Additional Requirements

  • Age 18 to 35 years
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in admin, sales, office management, or customer communication.
  • Candidates with practical experience will get preference.
  • Must be fluent in spoken and written English
  • Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge: MS Word, Excel, Email, and Internet.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with clients.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Honest, punctual, disciplined, and responsible.
  • Must be presentable and professional.
  • Knowledge of Facebook page handling, online sales, or CRM will be an advantage.
