Job Description
We are looking for a smart, energetic, and responsible Admin & Sales Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling daily administrative activities, supporting office operations, communicating with clients, and contributing to sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily office records, files, documents, and reports.
- Handle phone calls, emails, client queries, and official communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, suppliers, and management.
- Manage office attendance, schedules, meetings, and basic office operations.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, challans, purchase records, and other necessary documents.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
Experience
- 1 to 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes, Event Management, Software Company, Freight forwarding, Financial Consultants
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Masters
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or any relevant discipline.
Additional Requirements
- Age 18 to 35 years
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in admin, sales, office management, or customer communication.
- Candidates with practical experience will get preference.
- Must be fluent in spoken and written English
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge: MS Word, Excel, Email, and Internet.
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Honest, punctual, disciplined, and responsible.
- Must be presentable and professional.
- Knowledge of Facebook page handling, online sales, or CRM will be an advantage.
