Job Description

Quins International BD Ltd is looking for a smart, confident, professional, and highly responsible Personal Secretary to the Managing Director. The selected candidate will work closely with the Managing Director and provide high-level administrative, coordination, communication, and confidential support.

The ideal candidate must be well-organized, presentable, proactive, capable of working under pressure, and able to handle responsibilities with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Managing Director’s daily schedule, meetings, appointments, and official calendar
  • Handle phone calls, emails, messages, and official correspondence professionally
  • Prepare official letters, reports, meeting notes, presentations, and other documents
  • Coordinate with internal departments, clients, business partners, and external stakeholders
  • Arrange meetings, travel schedules, hotel bookings, transportation, and official programs
  • Maintain confidential documents, files, agreements, and important records
  • Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion
  • Assist the Managing Director in day-to-day administrative and operational activities
  • Receive and assist important guests, visitors, and business partners
  • Maintain professional communication, office etiquette, and confidentiality at all times

Experience

  • 2 to 6 years

Education

    • Bachelor/Honors
    • Masters
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputed institution

Additional Requirements

  • Age 18 to 35 years
  • Only Female
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Bangla
  • Smart, presentable, professional, and confident personality
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
  • Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, discipline, and loyalty
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, and Internet browsing
  • Must be punctual, proactive, detail-oriented, and quick to respond
  • Ability to communicate professionally with local and international clients
  • Must be fluent in spoken and written English
  • Previous experience as Personal Secretary, Personal Assistant or similar role will be an advantage
  • Experience working with senior management or top-level executives will be preferred
  • Candidates with good corporate etiquette and client-handling experience will get preference
