Job Description

  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, social media, and field visits to prospective clients

  • Meet with potential clients to understand their design needs, budget, timeline, and preferences

  • Present Bluebell Studio`s portfolio, services, and value proposition professionally to convert inquiries into signed projects

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management

  • Maintain and update a client database in CRM software, tracking all leads, follow-ups, and conversion status

  • Coordinate with the design and project execution teams to ensure smooth handover of signed projects and client expectations

  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to each client

  • Follow up regularly with prospective and existing clients to build long-term relationships and secure repeat business or referrals

  • Attend industry events, property launches, and networking opportunities to promote Bluebell Studio

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports including lead sources, conversion rates, revenue generated, and pipeline status

Experience

  • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Interior Design

Education

    • Bachelor/Honors
    • Diploma

Additional Requirements

  • Age At least 25 years
  • Proven track record in sales, client acquisition, and lead conversion in interior or real estate sector

  • Strong knowledge of interior design services, project types (residential, commercial, hospitality), and pricing structures

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Bengali and English

  • Ability to understand client needs and articulate design value propositions effectively

  • Strong networking skills with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, restaurateurs, and property developers

  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and basic digital communication tools

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision

  • Existing client base or network in the interior/real estate industry is strongly preferred
