Senior Architect (Interior Designer)

Lead and manage architectural and interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, timeline, and budget adherence

Develop design concepts, layout plans, working drawings, 3D presentations, and BOQs for residential and commercial projects

Conduct client meetings to understand requirements, present design solutions, and manage design revisions professionally

Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and fixtures ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability

Coordinate with clients, project managers, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure design accuracy and smooth execution

Supervise on-site implementation to maintain design quality, material specifications, and workmanship standards

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports and maintain project schedules for management

Solve design and execution-related issues during project implementation with practical solutions

Ensure compliance with design standards, building codes, safety regulations, and company policies

Support business development by attending client presentations and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle

Good knowledge of Architectural 2D and 3D drawings for interior design

Excellent graphical representation and presentation skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D & 3D, 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator

Strong expertise in space planning, layout design, and 3D visualization

Experience completing at least 40+ residential and commercial projects

Sound knowledge of modern interior design trends, materials, finishes, and color schemes

Strong creative, communication, and client management skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines

Must be punctual, honest, responsible, and willing to visit project locations as needed
