Sales Executive – Hajj & Umrah Agency

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our Hajj & Umrah travel team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting Hajj, Umrah, and international tour packages, communicating with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Promote Hajj & Umrah packages to potential clients

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, Facebook, WhatsApp, and direct meetings

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Explain package details, visa requirements, hotel facilities, and travel schedules

• Follow up with leads and existing clients

• Assist clients throughout booking and payment processes

• Maintain daily sales reports and customer database

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent, Manpower Recruitment, Individual/Personal Recruitment, Travel Startup

• Higher Secondary
• Bachelor/Honors

• Age At least 20 years

• Minimum HSC / Bachelor degree preferred

• 2–3 years of experience in travel agency or Hajj Agency

• Previous experience in travel agency or Hajj Agency will be an advantage

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Basic computer and social media knowledge

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets

• Fluent in Bangla (English communication skills preferred)
