Job Description
Hena Technology is a dynamic digital marketing and technology company providing services in SEO, PPC advertising, social media marketing, branding, website development, and business growth solutions. We are looking for a proactive and energetic Executive – Business Development to join our growing team.
Job ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities
Generate leads through online and offline channels
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Present company services to potential clients
Conduct client meetings and follow-ups
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Maintain sales records and CRM updates
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
Research market trends and competitor activities
Experience
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Event Management, Advertising Technology (AdTech) Startup
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 20 years
Candidates must have prior experience working in an Advertising Agency or Digital Marketing Company.
2 years of experience in Advertising Agency / Media / Event / Production industry
Must have existing client leads, proven portfolio, and strong industry network
Strong skills in pitching, negotiation, budgeting & deal closing
Hands-on experience with ATL / BTL / TTL campaign planning
Excellent communication skills in Bangla & English
Target-driven, strategic, proactive, and business-focused mindset.
