Officer (LAB & QC)-Tiles

Conduct quality inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with company standards.

Monitor and maintain quality control parameters across production processes.

Perform laboratory testing, maintain test records, and prepare quality reports.

Identify quality issues, recommend corrective and preventive actions, and support continuous process improvement.

Coordinate with Production, R&D, Engineering, and Procurement to ensure consistent product quality and raw material compliance.

Supervise inspection activities and provide technical guidance to QC personnel.

Ensure product specifications, glaze application, and green product quality meet approved standards.

Maintain all QC registers, laboratory records, and testing documentation.

Submit weekly and monthly quality reports to the QC In-Charge.

Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, company policies, and management directives.

Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
