Senior Fashion Designer

Blucheez Outfitters is looking for a creative and commercially driven Fashion Designer to join our Design Studio. If you have a passion for men's ethnic fashion, strong product development skills, and experience in sourcing fabrics and trims, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop seasonal collections for Men's Ethnic Wear.

• Research fashion trends, fabrics, colors, silhouettes, and consumer preferences.

• Prepare mood boards, sketches, tech packs, and product specifications.

• Source fabrics, trims, embellishments, and accessories from local and international suppliers.

• Collaborate closely with the merchandising, production, and quality teams to ensure seamless product execution.

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.

• Ensure every collection reflects the Blucheez brand identity and commercial objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related discipline.

• 3–4 years of professional experience in Men's Ethnic Wear design.

• Strong knowledge of fabric, trim, and accessory sourcing.

• Sound understanding of garment construction, fitting, and production processes.

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant design software.

• Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
