Territory Manager - Sales
Job Description
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets within the assigned territory.
Lead, coach, and support Sales Representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Coordinate with Regional Sales Manager and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to Regional Sales Manager.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements within the assigned territory.
Provide training and development opportunities for Sales Representatives to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
Collaborate with HR on recruitment, selection, and onboarding of Sales Representatives within the territory.
Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment that promotes teamwork and achievement of sales targets.
Outlet stock management as per company policy also ensuring product placement in each and every outlet.
Any other task as assigned by the management.
Experience
- 2 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Mineral Water
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Masters

- Age 25 to 40 years

Strong sales leadership and team management skills.
Excellent negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building abilities.
Sound knowledge of FMCG sales operations, distribution, and route-to-market strategies specially beverage items and mineral water.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and business performance.
Proficiency in sales forecasting, reporting, and territory planning.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.Customer-focused mindset with excellent service orientation.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and sales reporting systems.
Ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams.
Effective time management, planning, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve sales targets.
