Senior Manager – Sales & Marketing
Job Description
Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Drive sustainable revenue growth across all online sales channels.
Prepare annual business plans, sales forecasts, and marketing roadmaps.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
Sales Management
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to consistently achieve revenue targets.
Develop sales targets, KPIs, and performance measurement systems.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and implement improvement plans.
Improve customer acquisition, repeat purchase rate, and customer lifetime value.
Digital Marketing & Brand Growth
Lead digital marketing activities across Facebook, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Optimize advertising performance through data analysis and continuous campaign improvements.
Work closely with the creative team to develop high-converting marketing campaigns.
Strengthen brand positioning and increase market visibility.
E-commerce Operations
Collaborate with operations, customer service, merchandising, and logistics teams to improve the customer journey.
Analyze website performance, conversion rates, abandoned carts, and customer behavior.
Improve product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal sales initiatives.
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate Sales & Marketing team members.
Build a performance-oriented culture with clear accountability and measurable outcomes.
Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews.
Business Intelligence & Reporting
Analyze competitors, pricing strategies, and market trends.
Prepare executive-level reports and strategic recommendations for management.
Monitor marketing ROI and optimize budget allocation for maximum business impact.
Experience
- 5 to 7 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Market Research Firms, E-commerce, F-commerce
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
