Field Support Executive (Technical Department)

We are looking for talented and mentally and physically fit fresh graduate engineers for our Field Support Operations (Technical) in Chattogram office for specific locations like Mirsharai Area, Bayzid-Oxygen Area etc., on yearly contract.

Responsibilities including but not limited to the following:

• Providing technical support on-site and over-phone to customers (corporate and residential) regarding Operating System Settings (e.g. Windows), Network and Internet links, Service Usage and related issues.

• Interact with IP/VIP/VVIP concerned persons for Service related issues and overall Business Continuity.

• Maintain documentation of Network links, New Users, task details, equipment/ accessory details etc.

• At most 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ISP, Computer Hardware/Network Companies
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Diploma in Computer in Computing & Information System

• Age 20 to 26 years
• Only Male

• Background checking by Govt organization must come clean.

• T/A,Mobile bill,Over time allowance
