Network Systems Engineer

Job Summary

Fakir Technologies Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Data Center & Network Security Engineer to design, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade Data Center, Disaster Recovery (DR), and Cyber Security infrastructure.

The successful candidate will play a key role in deploying and managing highly available Cisco ACI (SDN) environments, Cisco Enterprise Networks, Cisco Security Solutions, F5 BIG-IP Load Balancers, and Disaster Recovery infrastructure while ensuring maximum availability, security, and performance.

1. Data Center & Software Defined Networking (Cisco ACI)

• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain Cisco ACI (Spine-Leaf Architecture) using Nexus Switches and APIC Controllers.

• Manage Cisco Multi-Site Orchestrator (MSO/NDO) and Inter-Pod Networks (IPN).

• Implement and support Data Center–Disaster Recovery (DC-DR) replication through DWDM.

• Configure and maintain enterprise core routing, switching, and cloud integration.

2. Enterprise Networking & WAN

• Administer Cisco Enterprise Core Networks using Cisco Edge Routers and Catalyst Switches.

• Configure and troubleshoot:

  • BGP

  • OSPF

  • IPSec VPN

  • WAN Connectivity

  • Out-of-Band (OOB) Management Networks

3. Network Security

• Configure and manage Cisco Firepower Next-Generation Firewalls (FTD/FMC).

• Implement Zero Trust Network Access using Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).

• Deploy and maintain:

  • Cisco Web Security Appliance (WSA)

  • Cisco Duo

  • Trend Micro Deep Discovery Inspector (DDI)

  • Cisco Threat Grid

  • Advanced Malware Protection (AMP)

4. Application Delivery & Load Balancing

• Configure and administer:

  • F5 BIG-IP Local Traffic Manager (LTM)

  • Web Application Firewall (WAF)

  • API Security

  • F5 AFM

  • DNS/GSLB

  • Anti-DDoS Protection

 5. Enterprise Collaboration

• Provide administration and technical support for Cisco IP Telephony and Cisco Business Edition solutions.

• Support integration with enterprise communication systems.

• 10 to 14 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Telecommunication, IT Enabled Service, ISP, Computer Hardware/Network Companies

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
• East West University,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,United International University,City University,American International University Bangladesh students will get preference
