Assistant Manager, Network Administrator

Responsibilities & Context

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Juniper, MikroTik, Cisco, Huawei, and BDCOM routers and switches.
• Design, implement, and optimize ISP network infrastructure.
• Configure and manage BGP, OSPF, VLAN, STP, LACP, VRRP, QoS, ACL, NAT, IPv4/IPv6, and related networking technologies.
• Configure and maintain OLT platforms including Huawei, BDCOM, VSOL, TBS, C-Data, ECOM, Aurora, and other GPON/EPON solutions.
• Monitor backbone, aggregation, and access networks to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
• Analyze network logs, identify root causes of faults, and implement permanent solutions.
• Configure and maintain enterprise Access Points (APs), home routers, and wireless networks.
• Provide technical support to clients through remote and on-site troubleshooting when required.
• Maintain proper documentation of network topology, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Participate in roster duty and emergency maintenance activities.

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• Age At least 30 years

Experience

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ISP

Additional Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Juniper Routers (Mandatory). Practical knowledge of Cisco, MikroTik, Huawei, and BDCOM networking devices.
• Excellent understanding of BGP, routing, switching, and ISP network architecture.
• Experience with GPON/EPON technologies and multiple OLT vendors will be an advantage.
• Vendor certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, JNCIP, MTCNA, NSE, or equivalent will be considered an added advantage.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and perform under pressure.
