AVP - Operations
Job Description
Manage internal & external partners to ensure execution and continuous improvement across all key performance metrics.
Maintains and builds employee relationships and leads teams in the development of new initiatives, including joint teams to address key areas for improvement.
Ensure continuous and undisrupted operations of all manufacturing facilities in a cost-effective manner.
Monitor compliance in sustainability standards and implement new sustainability initiatives in supply chain and operations.
Leads overall operation including merchandizing, HR, finance and compliance departments.
Handles all development projects including new ERP implementation, process re-engineering and resource optimization.
To ensure consistent monitoring of day to day quality, production, systems, standards and work in progress leading to continuous improvements.
Process improvements and innovations to reduce minute value.
Capacity analysis and planning flow of work to get maximum productivity output and eliminate idle time.
Coordinating with buyers for capacity bookings.
Experience
- 5 to 6 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
Education
- A Level
A Graduation in any discipline
