Merchandiser

Manage the entire merchandising process from product development to shipment.

Communicate effectively with buyers regarding product specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules.

Coordinate with Suppliers, Factories, QA Team & Technical Team to ensure timely procurement of materials and production.

Prepare and monitor Time and Action (T&A) plans to ensure on-time delivery.

Oversee sample development and ensure buyer approvals are obtained promptly.

Prepare detailed cost sheets, negotiate pricing with suppliers, and ensure profitability while meeting buyer target prices.

Conduct cost analysis and negotiate pricing with buyers, suppliers & factories.

Monitor production progress and address any issues that may affect delivery timelines.

Ensure quality standards are met and coordinate with the quality assurance team for inspections.

Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory.

Manage shipping schedules, coordinate with logistics teams, and ensure on-time delivery of goods.

Should have mentality to work under pressure and maintain quality standards.

Strong leadership and team management skills.Technical & product knowledge is a must.
