Job Description
Deal with client inquiries regarding travel services like Tour Package, Air ticket, Visa ( any 2 service)
Book tour packages, air tickets or process visa applications (any 2 service)
Use different industry professional tools to book travel services such as GDS, Online booking systems, Hotel booking websites & more.
Create travel itineraries with different travel services
Communicate with clients to provide travel services using different digital channels
Respond to clients via online & offline media
Keep sales records & report sales information
Be up to date with airlines / visa rules, offers & promotions
Other tasks regarding travel booking & client communications assigned by administration
Experience
- 1 to 2 years
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
Additional Requirements
- Age 23 to 50 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Visa consultant, Travel Agent, Tour Operator, Immigration/Visa Processing
Must be tech savvy
Only MS word knowlege not enough
Must be willing to learn new things
Must be willing to stay at least 3 years in a company
