Job Description
Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Drive budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning to enable data-driven strategic decisions.
Deliver Accurate Reporting: Ensure timely and insightful financial reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
Champion Digital Transformation: Implement and optimize ERP, automation, and BI tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Foster Innovation: Identify and integrate cutting-edge solutions to modernize finance operations and deliver value.
Enhance Operational Excellence: Streamline AP, AR, payroll, and expense processes to reduce costs and improve turnaround times.
Ensure Compliance & Governance: Enforce robust internal controls and regulatory adherence across all financial processes.
Manage Risk Proactively: Anticipate and mitigate financial, operational, and regulatory risks to safeguard organizational value.
Collaborate Across Functions: Partner with business units, HR, procurement, and technology to drive enterprise-wide objectives.
Lead & Develop Teams: Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing finance teams with clear KPIs and accountability.
Drive Strategic Projects: Lead initiatives in M&A, cost optimization, and working capital management to unlock growth.
Support Change Management: Oversee seamless adoption of process changes, system upgrades, and organizational restructuring.
Engage Key Stakeholders: Build trusted relationships with leadership, auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
Experience
- 8 to 12 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Trading or Export/Import, Shipping, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Cement Industry, Steel
Education
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Accounting, Accounting & Information System
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Accounting, Accounting & Information System
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 30 years
Experience Requirements:
Mandatory experience in Logistics or Trading Business.
Manager: Minimum 8+ years in finance operations, FP&A, or controllership roles.
Senior Manager: Minimum 12+ years including leadership in financial transformation and strategy execution.
Professional Certification:
Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CMA, or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute.
Functional Skills Required:
Expertise in ERP & BI Tools (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Power BI, Tableau).
Advanced financial modeling and data analytics capabilities.
Strong knowledge of tax, audit, and regulatory frameworks.
Proven project management and process optimization skills.
High proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting tools.
