Tower Manager (Telecommunication)

Plan, manage, and supervise as per tower fabrication drawing.

Ensure safe and timely execution of all tower-related activities in compliance with client specifications and industry standards.

Coordinate with TowerCo’s to ensure smooth project delivery.

Conduct tower site inspections and structural assessments, ensuring mechanical integrity and operational safety.

Supervise installation works as per installation drawings.

Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.

Manage project schedules, budgets, manpower, and equipment efficiently.

Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) policies and quality standards.

Prepare project progress reports, site audit reports, and client documentation.

Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support during project execution.

B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.

The candidate who has civil engineering experience will be treated as an added advantage of the candidate.

5–7 years of experience in telecom tower infrastructure, installation, maintenance, or project management.

Hands-on experience working with MNO’s or TowerCo’s.

Strong knowledge of telecom tower structures, mechanical systems, fabrication, installation techniques, and maintenance procedures.

Experience in managing subcontractors, field engineers, and site teams.

Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and travel extensively to project sites across Bangladesh.

Knowledge of tower loading analysis, structural safety standards, and telecom infrastructure regulations.

Familiarity with ISO quality standards and HSSE compliance.
