HC Group Co., Ltd. is looking for a skilled and experienced **Factory Electrician** to join our Engineering & Maintenance Team.

Position: Factory Electrician

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair factory electrical systems and production machinery.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
• Diagnose electrical faults in motors, control panels, PLCs, VFDs, MCCs, transformers, generators, and other industrial equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with electrical safety standards and company HSE policies.
• Support installation, commissioning, and maintenance of new production equipment.

Work Location: HC Group Co., Ltd., Bangladesh

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Electric Wire/Cable, Dyeing Factory

• Diploma in Engineering in EEE
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering, EEE

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technology.

• Age 25 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Factory Electrician in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, power distribution, PLCs, VFDs, MCCs, transformers, motors, generators, and industrial control systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and respond effectively to emergency breakdowns.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and industrial electrical safety standards.
