Trainee Officer /Jr. Officer, TAX & VAT

Assisting preparation of financial statement.

Preparation of Company Tax Return and personal Tax return.

Preparation of monthly and withholding Tax return.

Review bills for applicable TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and VDS (VAT Deducted at Source);

Maintain accurate records of VAT and Tax deductions, deposits, and related documentation.

As a withholding entity, confirm the issue of VDS Certificates (Mushak-6.6) after VAT is deducted at the source

VAT/TAX payment by treasury challan and keeping all related VAT Register.

Ensure timely submission of all types of VAT and Tax returns as per regulatory requirements.

Prepare credit note (Mushak-6.7) and debit note (mushak-6.8) for adjustment.

Prepare and maintain all required VAT registers and documents, including Mushak forms: 6.1, 6.2,6.3, 6.5, and 6.6.

Prepare Input-Output Co-efficient (Mushak-4.3) commonly known as price declaration.

prepare monthly VAT and Tax payment requisitions and ensure timely deposits to the government treasury.

Ensure adherence to VAT and Tax compliance requirements; conduct strategic planning and advise management on lawful cost-saving opportunities.

 Ensure proper claim of allowable rebates.

Ensure timely registration, renewal, and compliance of all relevant VAT and Tax licenses.

Handle bank-related transactions and documentation relevant to VAT and Tax operations.

Represent the company and handle VAT-TAX related Audits & hearings at the VAT Circle Offices, Deputy Commissioner of Taxes, and NBR.
