AI Video Creator & Video Editor

Job Context: We are looking for a highly creative and skilled AI Video Creator with exceptional video editing expertise to produce engaging, high-quality real estate promotional videos and engaging social media visuals, content for digital marketing, social media, advertisements, and branding. The ideal candidate should be proficient in modern AI video generation tools and professional editing software, with a strong understanding of visual storytelling, motion graphics, and content trends. The candidate will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to create impactful videos that strengthen the company`s online presence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and edit engaging video content using AI tools.

• Have a strong understanding of Google Flow and efficiently manage AI-powered workflows.

• Combine raw footage, images, voice-overs, and AI-generated assets to produce high-quality, professional videos.

• Create and edit real estate promotional videos with attractive text animations.

• Edit both short-form and long-form videos optimized for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

• Enhance video quality by adding subtitles, motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, and background music where appropriate.

• Maintain a consistent visual style in accordance with the company`s brand guidelines.

• Collaborate closely with the content team to deliver projects on time and meet deadlines.

• Stay up to date with the latest AI video editing tools, technologies, and industry trends to continuously improve content quality.

• Maintain brand consistency (color, font, style) in all content.

• Develop creative concepts, scripts, storyboards, and prompts for AI video production.

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Real Estate

• Higher Secondary
• Bachelor/Honors
• Diploma

• Age 18 to 32 years

• Proven experience in AI video editing.

• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work.

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

• Hands-on experience with Google Flow, Veo 3, and other AI video generation tools.

• Understanding of cinematic storytelling, sound design, and basic motion graphics.

• Strong work ethic with a commitment to punctuality, deadlines, and professional communication.

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new AI tools and workflows.
