Executive / Senior Executive – Industrial Engineering (Finishing)

We are a 100% export-oriented renowned Denim Garments Manufacturer looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional for the position of Executive / Senior Executive – Industrial Engineering (Finishing).

Responsibilities:

• Prepare line layouts based on sample requirements and ensure accurate SMV implementation.

• Prepare and analyze IE reports including Efficiency, Target, NPT, and all other production-related reports.

• Monitor Finishing production and ensure housekeeping activities are maintained to achieve daily production targets.

• Identify, monitor, and control bottlenecks in the Finishing section to improve productivity and workflow.

• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, and other departments to ensure smooth finishing operations.

• Monitor productivity and recommend continuous process improvements.

• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Washing Factory

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Age At least 28 years
• Only Male

• Must have experience in Woven Denim Top & Bottom garments.

• Must have hands-on knowledge of Finishing section IE activities.

• Good command of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
