SEO & Content Distribution Specialist
Job Description
Path is seeking a modern, data-driven SEO Growth & Content Distribution Specialist to expand our organic visibility, attract highly qualified website traffic, and drive sustainable growth across leads, customers, and revenue.
In this role, you will move beyond rigid, outdated SEO checklists. You will analyze performance data to identify high-impact opportunities, oversee technical SEO improvements, maximize the reach of our content assets, and build genuine brand authority. Success will not be measured by the sheer volume of links or posts created, but by measurable commercial outcomes, including qualified organic visibility, commercial-page performance, and revenue contribution.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO platform data to diagnose performance shifts, identify growth opportunities, and prioritize actions.
Produce regular, granular reports segmenting blog vs. commercial traffic, branded vs. non-branded search, rankings, CTR, leads, acquisitions, and revenue.
Evaluate how organic traffic progresses through the marketing funnel; improve the measurement of free trials, assisted conversions, and bottom-line revenue.
2. Technical SEO & On-Page Optimization
Conduct comprehensive website audits and coordinate the implementation of technical SEO improvements with the development team.
Verify and QA completed technical changes to ensure correct functionality and indexing.
Audit existing content to strategically recommend which pages to update, expand, consolidate, repurpose, redirect, or retire.
3. Content Distribution & Omnichannel Authority Building
Repurpose high-potential content into platform-native formats (e.g., LinkedIn articles/carousels, newsletters, short-form videos, and downloadable resources).
Identify relevant industry conversations on Reddit, Quora, and professional forums; research audience pain points and draft transparent, valuable insights for expert review.
Manage social content scheduling, approval workflows, platform formatting, UTM tracking, and evergreen content recycling.
4. Digital PR, Community & Earned Media
Develop digital PR campaigns, original research, and case studies to secure credible editorial coverage, brand mentions, and high-quality backlinks.
Research and coordinate podcast, webinar, and interview opportunities for company representatives, handling outreach, speaker prep, and follow-up content repurposing.
Build and nurture relationships within ecommerce, photography, retail, agency, marketplace, technology, publisher, and creator communities.
5. Competitive & Landscape Monitoring
Monitor brand mentions, referring domains, backlink profiles, and competitor visibility.
Track and optimize Pathedits' visibility within emerging AI-assisted search engines alongside traditional search engines.
