Project Engineer / Deputy Project Engineer

Job Context:

Assure Group is a leading real estate developer company operating in Dhaka city. To strengthen our project management team, we are looking for experienced and competent Project Engineers / Deputy Project Engineers who will work as Project In-Charge and manage construction projects from foundation to completion.

The selected candidates will be responsible for supervising overall site operations, ensuring construction quality, maintaining project schedules, and coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal departments to ensure timely project completion.

Job Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility as Project In-Charge for assigned construction projects.

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities and ensure work progress according to approved drawings and schedule.

• Ensure quality control and compliance with structural design, specifications, and company standards.

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal departments.

• Monitor project progress and ensure completion within the planned timeline.

• Manage manpower, materials, and site logistics efficiently.

• Prepare and submit work progress reports and site documentation.

• Ensure proper safety measures and maintain discipline at the project site.

Monitor material usage and prevent wastage during construction work.

• 8 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

• Diploma in Civil

• Age 28 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Must have successfully completed at least two multistoried building projects from foundation to completion
