Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and performance-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth and market expansion. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, supporting project sales activities, and contributing to revenue targets while enhancing the company's brand visibility in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of interior solutions and modular furniture.
• Understand design concepts and technical drawings effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and related professionals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for design professionals, addressing inquiries and providing customized solutions.
• As part of Sales and Marketing teams, the person should emphasize increasing brand visibility and strengthening customer relationships.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote the company and expand professional connections.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business growth opportunities.

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Interior Design
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Bachelor/Honors
• North South University,BRAC University,American International University Bangladesh,East West University,Independent University, Bangladesh students will get preference

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
• Candidates with O Level and/or A Level educational backgrounds will be given preference.

• Age 25 to 30 years

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, relationship management, or business development.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and learning potential are also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
• A good knowledge of MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint is a must.
• Flexible, adaptable, and eager to grow professionally.
