Production Executive / Production Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure production targets are achieved.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate with the Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Prepare daily and monthly production reports and maintain accurate production records.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce waste, and optimize operational efficiency.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines (in order of preference):

• B.Sc. in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) (Most Preferred): Strong knowledge of production planning, manufacturing processes, quality control, and operational efficiency.
• B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering: Highly preferred, especially for candidates with knowledge of liquid, chemical, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or FMCG manufacturing processes.
• B.Sc. in Industrial Chemistry / Applied Chemistry: Suitable for production operations, process control, formulation, quality assurance, and chemical manufacturing.

• Age At least 22 years

• Knowledge of production planning and process optimization.
• Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality management systems.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
