HelloDoctor Healthtech Limited is looking for a professional and patient-focused In-House Physician to provide medical consultations and ensure a smooth patient experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide medical consultations through chat, voice, and video

• Take patient history, assess symptoms, and provide appropriate medical guidance

• Prescribe or advise according to clinical judgment and company protocols

• Maintain accurate and complete patient records

• Communicate with patients professionally and empathetically

• Coordinate with the customer support team for smooth patient management

• Escalate complicated or emergency cases appropriately

Requirements

• MBBS degree with valid BMDC registration

• Minimum 4 years of clinical experience

• Comfortable using smartphones, computers, and telemedicine tools

• Professional, well-mannered, empathetic, and patient-focused

• Able to follow company policies, clinical protocols, and documentation standards

• Certificate, training, or experience in Dermatology & Venereology (Skin & Sexual Health) will be considered a strong advantage

• Immediate availability is preferred

• 4 to 6 years

• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)

• Age 28 to 40 years

• Minimum 4 years of clinical experience
• Comfortable with telemedicine tools (smartphone/computer, stable internet)
• Professional, empathetic, and patient-focused approach
• Well-mannered and able to follow company policy and protocol
