Job Description
Lead and oversee the company`s overall security operations.
Manage and supervise field operations, supervisors, and security personnel.
Ensure effective command, control, discipline, and workforce management.
Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and operational audits.
Handle client communications, meetings, and maintain excellent client relationships.
Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and client requirements.
Coordinate with management to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
Prepare operational reports and maintain proper documentation.
Motivate, train, and develop operational teams to achieve company objectives.
Experience
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Security Service, Fire Fighting and Safety
Education
- Bachelor/Honors

- Age 30 to 45 years
- Only Male
- Strong leadership and decision-making ability.
- Excellent command and control over operational teams.
- Proven ability to manage large teams and achieve operational targets.
- Capable of working under pressure and handling multiple responsibilities.
- Strong problem-solving and crisis management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Smart, professional appearance with clear pronunciation and confident personality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication will be an advantage.
