Trainee Engineer/Engineer

Trans Asia Industries Ltd., a leading automobile manufacturing company in Bangladesh, is seeking passionate, energetic, and talented Engineers for its Assembly, Paint Shop, and MC Welding operations. The selected candidates will be responsible for supporting production activities, ensuring quality standards, improving manufacturing efficiency, and maintaining safe and effective operational practices. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Assist in Production/Assembly/Paint shop/ MC welding/Quality assurance or Manufacturing operations.

• Monitor production and manufacturing activities to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.

• Ensure maximum production output through effective cost control and resource utilization.

• Support production planning and execution to achieve daily production targets.

• Conduct inspections and identify defects, process deviations, operational issues, and quality concerns.

• Assist in troubleshooting production, machinery, equipment, and process-related problems.

• Prepare technical reports, production records, and operational documentation.

• Maintain proper documentation of manufacturing, quality, and maintenance records.

• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, materials, tools, and other resources.

• Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities to the concerned authority.

• Participate in quality control activities and implement corrective and preventive actions as required.

• Support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

• Analyze production data and recommend improvements for operational efficiency and quality enhancement.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and Health, Safety & Environment requirements.

• Perform any other engineering assignments as assigned by the management from time to time.

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Diploma in Automobile
• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• Age At most 26 years

• Basic knowledge of Automobile Manufacturing/ Production/ Assembly/ Quality Control/ Maintenance or related functions.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
