Engineer-Mechanical
Job Description
Lead and support the design and development of mechanical systems for both new projects and modifications to existing plants, ensuring alignment with technical and operational standards.
Prepare and review engineering drawings, equipment specifications, and technical documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Ensure that project deadlines, resource allocations, and implementation procedures are followed as per schedule, quality benchmarks, and engineering best practices.
Plan and execute routine and preventive maintenance procedures to ensure optimal performance and extended life of mechanical assets.
Generate detailed technical requirements, assist in vendor evaluation, and raise purchase requisitions for materials, spares, or capital equipment.
Monitor and enforce strict adherence to safety guidelines, company protocols, and environmental standards during all project and maintenance activities.
Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills when coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and external contractors.
Experience
- 1 to 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Chemical Industries, Fuel/Petroleum
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
