Purchase & Procurement Officer- Hotel Management
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Purchase & Procurement Officer with hands-on experience in sourcing fish, vegetables, and other perishable products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supplier sourcing, procurement, price negotiation, and ensuring timely purchase of quality products.
Job Responsibilities:
Source and purchase fish, vegetables, and other perishable products from reliable suppliers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Research the market to identify new suppliers and sourcing opportunities.
Collect quotations, compare prices, and negotiate the best deals.
Ensure product quality, quantity, and competitive pricing before purchase.
Coordinate with internal teams to meet purchasing requirements.
Follow up on purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier performance.
Maintain supplier records and procurement documentation.
Arrange alternative suppliers during shortages or urgent requirements.
Experience
- 2 to 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Supply Chain, Super store
Education
- Higher Secondary
- Bachelor/Honors
Additional Requirements
- Age 27 to 35 years
- Only Male
Ability to source fish, vegetables, and other perishable products from reliable suppliers.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Familiar with local wholesale markets and supplier networks.
Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent sourcing requirements.
Honest, responsible, and self-motivated.
