Job Description

The purpose of this role is to effectively design and implement a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation system to track the progress and effectiveness of the overall grants efforts.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan, produce and review cost proposals for the assigned project.
Design and implement a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation system to track actual against projected expenditure of funds received
Ensure the collection of data that measures progress and tracks the effectiveness of the approved budgets in implementing projects.
Represent BRAC at donor and other stakeholder meetings for funding opportunities
Coordinate with Govt. liaison team regarding budgeting and reporting for NOGAB.
Coordinate with respective sectors to determine funding needs.
Ensure timely submission of proposals and reports to donor agencies.
Safeguarding
Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme`s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
Experience
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Development Agency
Education
- Masters
Masters degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration from any UGC approved university/institute.
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 18 years
At least 05 years of experience in financial management, Internal Audit and grants management in donor-funded programs.
At least 03 years hands on experience in budgeting and reporting.
