Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans for real estate projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers and corporate clients.
Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve targets and expand market reach.
Coordinate client visits, negotiations, and closing deals.
Experience
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
BBA / MBA in Marketing from a recognized university.
Additional Requirements
- Age 30 to 35 years
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the Real Estate sector.
