Experienced in Managing ERP Software
Implementation of ERP software
Mail Server Maintenance
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot email servers (Postfix, Zimbra).
Manage user accounts, spam filters, and email backups.
User Computer Repair & Maintenance
Diagnose and fix hardware/software issues on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Install and configure OS (Windows, macOS), drivers, and software updates.

IP Telephone System Repair & Maintenance
Set up and troubleshoot IP phones
Configure SIP trunks, extensions and call routing.
Basic Website Building & Maintenance
Develop and update simple websites using WordPress, HTML, CSS, or basic CMS.
Fix Broken links, update content, and ensure website security.
Access Control Device Setup & Maintenance
Install and configure biometric systems, RFID cards, and electronic door locks.
Troubleshoot connectivity and access permission issues.
Office Internal Network Troubleshooting
Set up and maintain LAN/Wi-Fi networks (routers, switches, firewalls).
Diagnose Connectivity issues (IP conflicts, DNS, DHCP problems).

The Head of IT should be capable to operate the IT operation of the group.
Experience
- 5 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Hospital, Group of Companies, Spinning
Education
- Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 40 years
Minimum 10 years hand-on experience in IT department with at least 05 years’ experience in similar role
Collaborate with business analysts to understand and analyze ERP requirements.
Proven experience with ERP implementation and post live support.
Strong knowledge of networking, IT infrastructure, Hardware repairs, server management, cloud services, Email servers (Exchange, SMTP, IMAP), IP system, Access control system (ZKTeco, HID), CC Camera, PA system
Knowledge of disaster recovery planning and security best practices
Provide technical support and address issues promptly
Strong knowledge on programing, Web development
Excellent problem solving, communication and team management skill
