Manager- P & D (Sample and CAD Department)

• Lead design teams to build seasonal lines based on world fashion trends and buyer goals.

• Choose commercial colors, prints, and appropriate knit fabrics.

• Make tech packs, flat sketches, and detailed clothing construction rules.

• Oversee proto, fit, and size set sample making before bulk runs.

• Check sample quality, measurements, and finishing standards.

• Give clear comments and corrections back to buyers or vendors on time.

• Price new designs to meet target manufacturing costs and profit goals.

• Work with supply chain teams on material testing and yarn booking.

• Work closely with merchandising, CAD, and production floors.

• Fix fit, wash, or fabric flaws early to lower production risks.

• Follow the critical path calendar to make sure samples ship on schedule

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

• Bachelor/Honors

• Age 35 to 50 years
