Senior General Manager-Plant
Job Description
Oversee annual and monthly manufacturing schedules to meet volume targets.
Control operational expenditures, capital budgets, and plant production costs.
Direct raw material procurement, inventory levels, and supplier negotiations.
Enforce international standards like ISO and OEKO-TEX across processing stages.
Minimize machine downtime through strategic preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
Manage, mentor, and evaluate department heads, engineers, and floor supervisors.
Ensure strict adherence to local labor laws, environmental regulations, and safety codes.
Implement lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and increase efficiency.
Evaluate and integrate modern textile machinery, automation, and digital tracking tools.
Partner with marketing teams to review technical feasibility and guarantee on-time delivery.
Experience
- At least 13 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
