Asst. Manager / Manager - Quality Assurance (QA)

·        Develop , implement and monitor quality control procedures & reduce DHU

·        Supervise quality control team and conduct regular audits

·        Identify Quality issues, Analyze root cause and recommended corrective and preventive actions

·        Maintain quality records & prepare reports for management & clients

·        Train production & quality staff on best practices and quality requirements

·        Coordinates with buying office QC , suppliers and production team to resolve quality related issues .

·        To ensure on time shipment as per buyers quality standard.

·        To ensure all the garments are produces in RIGHT QUALITY & DELIVERED on time.

·        Ensure all QA staffs are trained on any new procedure / requirement as advised by the customers.

·        To ensure that proper working conditions & compliance requirement at work place are maintained.

·        Develop the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the garments.

·        To deal with the buyers independently for all the quality assurance activities including quality control/audit, in line inspection, pre final and final inspection.

·        Reduce garments defects and make action plan analyzing the problem and solve the quality issues & indicatively establish Zero defect in the factories

·        Coordinate with production, Planning, Merchandising, Finishing & other related departments.

·        To make sure Inline & End line Quality, appearance, Measurements & Clerical Works Maintain.

·        Any other assignment given by the top management

• 5 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Buying House

Bachelor in Textile Engineering

Masters in Textile Engineering

M.Sc. / B.Sc. Engineering in any discipline. Preferably in Textile background.

• Age At most 40 years
• Only Male

Strong Knowledge in Knit Garments Manufacturing Processes, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing etc.

Strong leadership and team management skill.

Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.

Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.

Candidates who have maximum or full Garments based experience will be given preference.

Good knowledge & skills in computing.

Good in planning and analytical skills.

Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.

Strong technical knowledge in quality system.

Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.

Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
