Job Description

  • Lead, motivate, and supervise front office staff while fostering teamwork, trust, and a positive work environment.

  • Manage daily front office operations to ensure service quality, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

  • Set goals, monitor performance, conduct department meetings, and recognize employee achievements.

  • Maintain adequate staffing levels and control departmental expenses to meet budget objectives.

  • Ensure compliance with Marriott policies, standards, SOPs, and disciplinary procedures.

  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences by addressing guest needs, resolving complaints, and improving service quality.

  • Analyze guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction and retention.

  • Coach, mentor, develop, and evaluate employees and managers through performance management processes.

  • Recruit, interview, and hire qualified team members to meet operational requirements.

  • Identify operational challenges and implement sustainable solutions.

  • Oversee effective use of Marriott’s Guest Experience Platform (GXP) to improve guest engagement, issue resolution, and service standards.

  • Maintain effective communication with management, peers, and team members regarding operational updates and performance.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that Guest Experience Platform (GXP) is properly configured and fully utilized across all departments, driving consistent engagement, timely resolution of guest requests, and adherence to Marriott guest experience standards.

  • Monitors compliance, provides guidance and training where needed, and works closely with department leaders to maximize the effectiveness of the platform in enhancing guest satisfaction and operational performance.

Experience

  • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel

Education

    • Diploma in Hotel Management
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
