Job Description
The incumbent will be responsible for managing the cafeteria kitchen of Ad-din Women's Medical College Hospital.
Experience
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Hotel, Restaurant, Hostel
Education
- Bachelor's/ Diploma in Hospitality/ Hotel Management or any relevant discipline.
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 23 years
Capacity to manage kitchen inventory
Expertise in developing standard food menu for patients
Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and dietary nutrition standards
Competence in managing kitchen staff
Excellent communication and organizational skills
