Senior Executive - Electromechanical

Project Planning and Design Review

• Design Evaluation: Thoroughly review the drawings and designs of electrical substations, generators, Bluster Trucking (BBT) systems, lighting, earthing, and lightning protection.

• MEP Coordination: Seamlessly coordinate Electrical and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings with the structural and architectural blueprints to eliminate on-site conflicts.

Site Supervision and Quality Control

• Compliance Monitoring: Supervise on-site electrical works-including cable laying, condult pipe fittings, switch sockets, and panel board installations to ensure strict adherence to the Bangladesh National Building Code 2020 (BNBC 2020).

• Quality Assurance: Guarantee the highest quality of workmanship on-site and proactively troubleshoot any technical defects or installation errors immediately.

Bill and Material Management

• Estimation & Requisition: Prepare highly accurate material estimations (BOQ) and timely purchase requisitions for all project-specific electrical materials.

• Bill Certification: Verifying, cross-checking, and certifying the work measurements and financial bills submitted by contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors.

• Material Inspection: Inspect incoming materials on-site (such as cables, transformers, and switchgears) to verify specifications against laboratory test results or manufacturer certificates.

Government Approvals and Utility Liaison

• Power Connection Management: Oversee the complete process of securing permanent utility power connections from local bodies (DESCO, DPDC, or PDB), which includes managing load approvals, demand note payments, and CT-PT testing.

• Regulatory Clearance: Liaison with Fire Services and the Office of the Chief Electric Inspector to successfully secure mandatory electrical licensing and clearance certificates.

Vendor and Team Management

• Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the performance, timelines, and delivery quality of material, suppliers and sub-contractors.

• Team Leadership: Provide clear technical direction to site engineers, foremen, and technicians while maintaining strict on-site work accountability.

• 5 to 7 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• Age 27 to 35 years
