- Experience in managing commercial bakery operation in a retail & wholesale
- Exceptional knowledge of preparing various bakery & pastry goods
- Immense ability to work on weekend, holiday and overtime.
- Good understanding of commercial bakery production operations.
- Food cost management and streamline labor cost.
- Developing specifics needs recopies.
- Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; provide direct feedback to employees
- Must support and comply with the requirements defined within the contents of GMPs, HACCP, and food safety programs.
