Major Duties and responsibilities:
For Production
Monitor and ensure the manufacturing process as per planning, guidelines & SOP
Ensure cGMP compliance in all production activities
Prepare Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packaging Records (BPR) and other documents
Supervise & provide training to the Operators, Helpers and other Production Workers
Monitor productivity on daily, monthly as well as yearly basis
For Quality Assurance:
Monitor dispensing of raw materials as well as manufacturing & packaging processes in compliance with GMP
Perform IPC, BMR-BPR checking, change control activities and batch release activities
Prepare and control of SOPs and ensure QMS related documentation
Handle the Batch document & Retention Sample and ensure proper investigation of quality incidents
Perform Training Needs Assessments (TNA) to prepare & conduct training programs of employees
Experience
- 1 to 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies
Education
M. Pharm / B. Pharm (From reputed Universities)
Additional Requirements
- Age At most 30 years
1-2 years of related experience is preferable but fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply
Well conversant in MS Office
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Capable to work in a team and in shifting environment
