Job Context

IDLC Finance PLC is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Disbursement Processing Officer under Credit Risk Management of Consumer Division to join its team in Habiganj. The incumbent will be responsible for the timely and accurate disbursement of Home Loans, Car Loans, and Personal Loans, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The role also requires carrying out any other responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Description / Responsibility:

• Process and execute disbursement of Home Loan, Car Loan, and Personal Loan facilities within the prescribed turnaround time.

• Ensure all required documents and approvals are in place prior to disbursement.

• Maintain accuracy and compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth loan disbursement.

• Maintain proper records and documentation related to disbursement activities.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by Management as required.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

Education:

BBA/MBA in Business Studies from a recognized university

Experience:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience will be considered an added advantage

• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply

Competencies:

• Strong attention to detail and analytical ability

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

• High level of integrity and professionalism
