Motion Artist

Job Description
- Create 2D animation and motion graphics for marketing, ad, and social video content
- Work with 3D camera and camera movement to add depth and dimension to scenes
- Rig and animate characters and assets using the Puppet tool
- Design and animate text and typography for on-screen storytelling
- Build custom animated backgrounds and environments
- Add VFX elements, compositing, and visual enhancements to completed edits
- Take completed videos from the editing team and integrate animation seamlessly
- Work directly with video editors to align style, timing, and pacing
- Deliver work according to international client briefs, references, and brand guidelines
- Maintain quality control — every delivery must meet our standard before it leaves the studio
- Keep project files organized and build reusable templates and presets
Experience
- 2 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Design/Printing/Publishing, Film Production
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
Additional Requirements
- Age 20 to 45 years
- Only Male
- Good written and spoken English — able to understand client briefs and revision notes independently
- Expert-level command of Adobe After Effects
- Strong 2D animation skills — timing, easing, and animation principles
- Confident working with the 3D camera and camera animation in After Effects
- Experience with the Puppet tool for character and asset rigging
- Text and typography animation
- Background and environment design
- Compositing and basic VFX work
- Ability to deliver in multiple aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 4:5, 16:9)
- Ability to work from a written brief and take direction without excessive revisions
